Enthusiastic and focused communicator
From picking the right angle in a press release to giving the website just that little something extra; good communication is what I love. That goes for daily PR work, teaching corporate communication, editing, giving lectures, and writing book reviews. No matter whether the subject is corporate communication, classical music, or cartoons, I always focus on finding and telling the great stories hidden in every product.

As editor of Danish Amateur Musicians Association's magazine Musikmagasinet, my job is to rethink the aim and visual identity of the magazine. Building on two key points (sharing of knowledge and creating a political representation of the amateur musicians in Denmark), I try to influence the way classical amateur musicians present and define themselves.
Job tasks: Defining the strategic as well as day-to-day aim of the magazine, boosting the quality of the visual and communicative profile, photography, interviews, and writing of articles. You can find the magazine here.

2013-15 Communications manager, Sønderjyllands Symfoniorkester (South Denmark Philharmonic)
Marketing and strategic communication are tools which I use to build a presence and awareness of the orchestra among our audience and community. I created three keywords for the orchestra: The live orchestra, the communicating orchestra and the orchestra across borders. Using those keywords, I identified and implemented a new communications profile for the SSO, aiming to strengthen the position of the orchestra locally as well as nationally (not least politically).
Job tasks: Strategic communikation, incorporating a new visual profile, marketing, design (ads, brochures, concert programmes), copywriting, new media (iPapers).
